Simultaneous Appointments: We've had a fabulous response to our latest Groupon offer! Due to the overwhelming number of appointments being requested at the moment, appointments for two or more people simultaneously may be difficult to obtain within the next 60 days. Thanks in advance for your patience!

Our scheduling allocates the correct time for each service. If possible, we recommend that you arrive at least ten minutes early so you can enjoy a beverage, or indulge in our complimentary scalp massage before all hair services. Red Salon & Spa Gift Cards are available. Let us know your specific needs when you arrive, and your Salon & Spa Gift Package will be prepared by the time of your departure.


  • Should a cancellation be necessary, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice can result in a charge for all or a portion of services scheduled.

  • To ensure availability of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you reserve your next appointment before you leave.

  • We encourage you to experience the talents of our professionals at any time. If you feel you would like to try the services of another staff member, please let us know. We are a team and we are here to accommodate you.
